Design and implementation of a new Docket Application that has a public interface through which the general public can review these documents (which after the quality control process has been completed are a matter of public record), and a private interface through which Docket workers can scan documents, index them, and associate them with new or existing Dockets. The application implements many business rules that govern the many complex relationships and indexing requirements this very varied collection of documents may have.

Clubs
The company had a need for their employees in the Production Department to have access to company benefits information. To relieve the HR department, kiosks were set up on the work floor, with a super easy interface to pull up web sites with this information. The application monitors usage, and only allows access to web sites that are approved and set up by the Administrator.

Design & Implementation of a fully operational web site specifically designed for the Pocket PC 2002’s web browser in a wireless network environment. The application is comprised of two sections, a web site specifically for the
Windows Pocket PC, and an administrative section designed in Microsoft Access for reporting and maintenance.

Project: Credit Card Processing System for a High Risk Credit Card Processing Company

The company was a startup company fast becoming an important player in the business space of high-risk credit card processing. Their new web site was built to accommodate high-volume credit card processing. The public site is very small, but behind the scenes resides a transaction-processing engine that takes transactions from many merchants and routes them to the appropriate bank. Kinetik I.T. implemented an interface for three different banks located around the globe. In addition, Kinetik I.T. also built the structure for Processors, Brokers, and Merchants, which included an elaborate fee schedule based on a/o transaction volume, dollar volume, number of charge-backs, etc. Each of these types of users can login and see their transactions and the profit they are generating real-time.

Allergy Testing Ordering Application

The company provides allergy diagnostic and treatment service to veterinary clinics nationwide,
and required an Internet site for exclusive veterinary access to process report requests and online ordering of treatment sets and refills. The system was required to coordinate data transfer with their existing enterprise application, yet maintain the look and feel of their existing web site. Kinetik I.T. was able to provide a site that is capable of providing useful tools to new, as well as experienced users of the site, while maintaining the high level of customer service that
the company provides its clients.

ATI Web Application

The company schedules trucking companies across the nation to pickup and deliver loads for various businesses across North America.
The company has approximately 6 offices nationwide, each having its own isolated
Microsoft Access database. The company needed one database that
would allow changing and viewing of any data entered by any of these
offices. Kinetik I.T. was hired to turn the company's existing static web site into an interactive web based application. We took advantage of features of Internet Explorer’s advanced DHTML support to implement the solution.
After designing and setting up the SQL Server database and IIS, which serves as the web server, we added ASP.NET code to the static HTML pages which allows the pages to show the information contained in the database. The user can then update or add data to the database. Since some system information needs updated only occasionally by an administrator at the head office in Phoenix, such as employee information, we also implemented a
Microsoft Access Project interface, which resided only at the Phoenix location and accessed the SQL Server database, also housed at the Phoenix location, across that office’s local network.

Based Equipment Tracking Application

The company provides a full range of residential & commercial plumbing products and services to licensed plumbing and building contractors nationwide.
The company needed an online web application developed that could track valve specifications and repair history for equipment used in multiple facilities per client. The website was developed using an innovative navigation structure and search capabilities which are capable of quickly locating valve information regardless of location, plant or building company wide. Reporting was required to meet federal standards and was developed using a custom ActiveX component capable of delivering PDF documents to the browser.
