Annual Network & Help Desk Support Service Agreement
If you are on an Annual Network & Help Desk Support Service Agreement, we offer extended support hours to keep you covered in case of an emergency.
Our after hours emergency phone number is:
888-957-0058 and select 2 to be
directed to the Emergency Dispatch Service and an On-Call Support
Technician will be dispatched. Only press 2 if you have
a "network-down" or other true emergency. For
non-emergency situations, please select 1.
