The company provides residential property management services and home rentals in Phoenix, Arizona.
Challenge
The company needed to gain more visibility for their target market to gain new accounts and tenants. After developing their web site, Kinetik I.T. optimized it for targeted phrases that would direct traffic to their web site by people searching for property management services in the Phoenix area.
What We Did
After gaining top rankings for property management related phrases through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and most importantly, Strategic Link Building, Key Management wanted to start focusing on home rental related phrases. We then developed separate web pages for each of the cities in which they provided rental homes and optimized them accordingly.
Link building for the home rental phrases has been on-going and continues until we achieve top-3 rankings.
